Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty for all eligible products purchased from our website. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and varies by product. Please refer to the product listing or contact us for specific warranty information.

For electronics, we offer a 90-day limited warranty. For mobile accessories, we offer a 30-day limited warranty. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

We may ask you to provide photos or videos of the defect to help us determine the cause and extent of the issue. If we determine that the defect is covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no charge. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a similar product or a refund at our discretion.

Please note that our warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. It does not cover any shipping or handling fees associated with returning the product for repair or replacement.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Instructions
To initiate a return, please contact us first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. We will provide you with an RMA number and a return shipping address. Please clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

Refund Policy
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item minus any shipping costs.

Please note that refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process and for the amount to appear back in your account. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in refund processing time by your bank or credit card company.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We will cover the cost of return shipping in such cases.

Sale and Clearance Items
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds on clearance items.
