Shipping Cost
We offer shipping to addresses within Canada using Canada Post and to the United States using USPS. Shipping fees will vary depending on the size, quantity and weight of your order, as well as your location. When checking out, you can choose from the available shipping methods and view the associated shipping charges before completing your order. 

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Please note that Letter Mail Service does not include a tracking number, and therefore cannot be tracked through the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure that it arrives in good condition. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

If your order is missing when using Letter Mail Service, here are some steps you can take to address the situation:

  1. Please double-check the shipping address to ensure it is accurate and includes all necessary details, such as the Unit Number, PO Box Number, or any other pertinent information.

  2. Recheck your mailbox or community mailbox, and inquire with family members, colleagues, or your front desk to see if they have already retrieved the package.

  3. You may also want to contact your neighbors to see if Canada Post mistakenly delivered the package to the wrong mailbox.

Return Shipping
Orders that are returned or rejected by the recipient will be subject to additional re-shipping charges. If you need to return an item, please contact us first for return instructions before shipping the item back to us.

Additionally, We offer free expedited shipping within Canada on orders over $100. Our free shipping offer is not available in areas with postal codes that start with:

X0B - Kitikmeot Region, NU
X0C - Kivalliq Region, NU
X0E - Central Northwest Territories, NT

*** Please note that some remote areas of Canada can only be serviced by air delivery. In these cases, free shipping is not available and extra shipping charges may apply. If extra shipping charges are required for your order, we will contact you to confirm whether you would like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled.***
